• Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details
• During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer, but we always aim to ship as fast as possible

Delivery times vary depending on your location

• United States: 5-10 business days
• Canada: 6-12 business days
• UK & Europe: 6-12 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 7-14 business days
• Rest of the world: 7-15 Business days

Delays and Lost Packages

While we work with trusted shipping partners, occasional delays may occur that are outside of our control (Weather, Customs, Carrier Delays)

If your package appears lost or hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please contact our support team and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Information 

Please confirm your shipping details are correct at the checkout. Pourza is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
